PLACY TECHNOLOGIES LLP – REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of the Program (Critical Foundation Clause)

Placy Technologies LLP offers online, live and recorded AI education programs delivered through a continuous, rolling batch model, not fixed-date cohorts.

  • The program operates as a subscription-based learning service, not a one-time product purchase.
  • Learners may join at any point in the ongoing batch cycle.
  • While enrollment communications may reference specific start dates, limited seats, or batch announcements, these are part of the structured enrollment cycles and capacity planning system, and should not be interpreted as the creation of a completely new or isolated batch.
  • All learners are ultimately onboarded into active, ongoing learning cohorts, which function as continuous programs rather than fixed-date courses.

Service Framework:

Due to the dynamic and evolving nature of AI education, continuous learning models ensure:

  • Updated curriculum delivery
  • Real-time improvements

This has been done to ensure:

  • Timely onboarding without requiring learners to wait for long batch cycles
  • Efficient resource allocation (instructors, support, infrastructure)
